Setting Up a Campus Visit

CAMPUS VISITS

General Tours
Arranging for a campus visit is easy and can be done online in just a minute or two. Typically, all you will need to do is choose the date and time you want to visit and then enter some basic information (e.g. your name, address, year in school, program of interest, and any special requests).  It is best to do your registration well in advance as some tour dates fill up.  Also, you will likely be sent a parking permit in the mail ahead of your visit so you will want to allow for enough time to receive this.

What to Expect
For general visits you will meet with Admissions staff, tour the campus (e.g. the library, dorms, and where various programs are housed out of), learn about student services/clubs/organizations/employment, eat at the dining hall, and have ample opportunities to ask questions.

Special Events and Program Days
Make sure to check if your college or university of interest is hosting a special event day for the major you are considering (e.g. aviation, nursing, agriculture, dental hygiene, etc...).  If not, you can still request to speak with instructors from a particular program when you schedule your general tour.
